Have not been able to buy online from Zimbabwe I used to buy things from your shops now I don't have access to your account which is very disappointing now forced to buy from Mothercare all the time
Its bad. My order is pending until now, 2 weeks and nobody called me for delivery, they make mistake in entering my mobile number and saying that the delivery team is trying to call me but with no avail. The reason is the number was wrong. I complain and they leave me hannging and no one called me to update me or atleast to infrom me that they will check on it. I send 3 email and i chat in the app twice and they are not taking this serious. Bad service
Worst delivery. They will not deliver your items and put unknown reasons even they didnt try to contact you. Worst customer service they will just keep you hanging
The new app is so stuped i spend two hours trying to purshase then i lost all the list Will not buy from ut again

The application is working really slow after getting latest update, overall browsing of Products is slow and inconvenient at all, please fix this.
